 Helen Letchfield

Helen Letchfield:  Co-founder & Principal Facilitator

A qualified Performance Coach, with 12 years experience in learning and development for global organisations, primarily in the financial sector:

3 years spent in Singapore;  as a training consultant, focusing on the design and delivery of business training programmes;  and in Organisational Development for Credit Suisse, designing and facilitating change management and career development interventions for the Asia Pacific region

7 years working for Barclays Wealth Learning and Development team.  Key roles included International Development Partner for Private Bank & Investment Management, Leadership Consultant for coaching support and facilitating leadership off-sites.  Most recent project was to design and launch the new 1-day Global Induction programme for Barclays Wealth

4 years researching families and parenting, most recently forming strategic partnerships with a Panel of Experts and setting up Parenting for Professionals Ltd with business partner Henriette Phillips

2010: Gained a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle University

Working mother of 2 boys aged 7 and 4, Helen has experienced 2 pregnancies at work, 2 maternity leaves and 2 ‘returns to work’

Henriette Phillips

Henriette Phillips:  Co-founder & Director

Moved to the UK from Denmark in 1992. 12 years financial experience for global companies:

5 years working for 3M UK Plc finance team; analysing and reporting on stock numbers for Scandinavian countries, Germany and Italy.  Monitoring training needs, workload and performance of team members; interviewing and successfully recruiting new members to teams

7 years working for Burberry Ltd finance team; providing senior management with accurate stock numbers including explanatory reports aimed at non-finance people.  Stocktake controller in mainline stores / designer outlets / warehouses; liasing with 3rd party stocktaking companies and organising large number of staff to perform specific tasks within tight deadlines

4 years researching families and parenting, most recently forming strategic partnerships with a Panel of Experts and setting up Parenting for Professionals Ltd with business partner Helen Letchfield

2010: Gained a Diploma in Coaching People through Change from Newcastle University
